Description
63 y/o female presented with c/o breasts that looked and felt unnatural after previous submuscular breast augmentation with desire for a more natural look. She also c/o asymmetry and excess lateral movement when lying supine. Bilateral implants removed and new pockets formed under the muscle and low height textured shaped Sientra 270 cc silicone implants placed 3 months postop
