24 y/o presented with c/o small breasts with severe breast and chest wall asymmetry with desire for improvement in size and symmetry Silicone implants placed submuscularly, 425 cc high profile on the right, 350 moderate plus on the left to correct breast and chest wall differences 3 months postop
