39 y/o presented s/p previous saline breast augmentation with unevenness, capsular contracture, and sagging and desire for improvement in shape and symmetry and feel Saline implants removed, scar tissue removed as necessary, silicone implants placed (350 cc high profile smooth) , vertical lift performed 3 months postop
